Usually people will develop typical symptoms of kidney disease within weeks or even days after they have contacted these materials. For those that have already had kidney problems or those that are at high risk to develop kidney diseases, it is especially important to avoid eating polluted foods, water. Have more fresh, clean and organic foods such as home-cooked meals.
