Tonsillitis, otitis media, sinusitis, dental caries should be timely diagnosis and treatment. Pay attention to personal hygiene, keep skin clean and prevent skin infection. These are the inducements that may lead to recurrence or activity of the disease.

Edema, obvious proteinuria and normal renal function can be appropriately supplemented with protein diet. In the absence of edema and hypoproteinemia, daily protein intake should be limited to 0.6 grams per kilogram of body weight (about 6 grams per bottle of milk, about 6 grams per egg, and about 4 grams of vegetable protein per 50 grams of rice).

Those with edema, hypertension and cardiac insufficiency should eat a low-salt diet, and take less than 5 grams (1 money) of salt per day, about the size of a broad bean.

Avoid taking febrile analgesics such as phenacetin and other drugs that may damage renal function, such as kanamycin and gentamicin.

Check urine regularly, for example, if the red blood cells in urine exceed 10 times per high field of vision, stay in bed.
