Fourth: choose vegetables and fruits according to their own illness condition. If patients’ lab test shows their body contains high potassium, they should avoid the vegetables and fruits with high potassium, such as spinach, porphyra, banana and mango and so on.

Fifth: if patients have edema, they need to limit the intake of water. The quantity of water they can take is based on the urine volume and the degree of swelling.
