What Are The Symptoms Of Diabetic Nephropathy In Middle-Aged Man

2018-10-20 15:44

Middle-Aged Man,Diabetic Nephropathy,Diabetes is a disease that has plagued many middle-aged and elderly people. Diabetic Nephropathy is a complication of diabetes which is harmful to the elderly.

1. It is characterized by glomerular high filtration and mild renal enlargement. GFR increased by 25%-40%, reaching 150 ml/min, and renal volume increased by 25%. However, there were no obvious histopathological changes and no clinical symptoms. At present, the general clinical diagnosis method can not be found in the early stage of diabetes.

2. Rest without urine protein displacement increased. After exercise stimulation, urinary protein excretion increased. The glomerulus began to show structural damage, but it was reversible. During this period, GFR may be higher, exceeding 150ml/min, and some patients begin to increase blood pressure from the original basis. During this period, the structure and function of glomerulus can be restored to normal if early intervention treatment can be carried out.

In China, most of patients take chinese herbal medicines to save damaged kidney, that is because, chinese herbal medicines used in Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy can expend blood vessels, improve blood circulations, promote the metabolism, etc.

3. Persistent elevated urinary albumin excretion (UAE) is a highly selective proteinuria, called early nephropathy, or early DN. During this period, GFR gradually returned to almost normal level, and blood pressure increased slightly, but not high blood pressure. In early DN, the increase of GFR and plasma flow rate was related to the state of blood glucose control, which decreased after blood glucose control. It has been found that GFR can be increased by giving high protein diet, but GFR can be reduced after restricting protein diet.

4. The clinical stage of nephropathy. In the early diagnosis of urinary albumin and other early diagnostic indicators, the clinical diagnosis of DN for this period. This period is characterized by progressive increase in clinical non selective proteinuria, and GFR progressively decreases. Histopathological changes gradually developed into glomerulosclerosis.
