Be sure to stick to your fluid and sodium restrictions every day. Keeping a balance between your dry weight and fluid gains and avoiding foods that make you thirsty and give rise to higher fluid intake.

Can patients stop dialysis treatment one day?

We do not think dialysis treatment is a long-term method. The reasons can include dialysis can only partly replace the functions of kidneys, from the decreased urine amount we can know that it is unable to stop the kidney function being lost; various of side effects of dialysis make the quality of life poor; taking dialysis costs a lot.
