Symptoms Of The Last Stage Of Kidney Failure

Last stage of kidney failure is also called end stage renal failure in which there are less than 10% kidney functions. The severely damaged kidneys can not maintain normal day-to-day life. Damaged kidneys can not secrete enough erythropoietin and there are lack of red blood cells. In the final stage of renal failure, patients can also have platelet dysfunction, subcutaneous bleeding, mucous membrane bleeding, gastrointestinal bleeding or even bleeding in the brain.

Heart failure

Chronic renal failure can cause renal hypertension, acidosis, hyperkalemia, retention of fluid and sodium, anemia, and buildup of toxic wastes in the patient’s body. All these can add burdens to the heart and cause heart damages or even heart failure.
