(1)The most common symptoms are dyspnea, mostly mild to moderate, characterized by the ability to lie down. The incidence rate ranges from 30% to 80%. There are different reports. When the condition is serious, shortness of breath is obvious and deep breathing occurs. The second is cough, the incidence is 50%-65%, usually dry cough or cough a small amount of white phlegm, when combined with infection, there are a lot of yellow pus phlegm. The fever rate was 12.9%. The diagnosis of uremic lung can be based on:

1. There must be serious kidney disease. The renal function test meets the standard of uremia.

2. Most of them are oliguria, anuria, excessive intake of water and sodium or insufficient dialysis ultrafiltration.

3. The main clinical symptom is dyspnea, but can lie flat.

4. X-ray chest films typically show extensive small or large exudative shadows in both lower lungs, which can change rapidly in a short period of time.

5. The total number of white blood cells and the ratio of neutrophils did not increase in blood examination. No pathogenic bacteria were found in sputum culture. The X-ray chest films were not consistent with the infection.

6. Arterial blood gas analysis was hypoxemia and metabolic acidosis.

7. The diffuse function of pulmonary function test showed the earliest and persistent decline, and restrictive ventilation changes accounted for more than 51%.

8. Anti-infection effect is not obvious, hemodialysis effect is obvious.
