6. Systemic lupus erythematosus patients with kidney damage often have a large number of protein loss from urine, can cause hypoproteinemia, so we must supplement enough high-quality protein, can drink more milk, eat more soy products, eggs, lean meat, fish and other protein-rich foods.

7. Patients with corticosteroids or kidney damage are prone to water and sodium retention, resulting in edema, so eat a low-salt diet.
