Exercising can help improve immunity and promote immune functions. It has been found that more than 90% kidney diseases are due to immune disorders and immune dysfunctions, therefore enhancing immunity can help prevent potential renal damages from the root.

Proper exercises and some naturally based home remedies can even help patients to avoid dialysis in the early stage of chronic kidney failure.

Practicing yoga, tai chi, qi gong is also good for those that have done kidney transplant. It can help strength their physical health, enhance their immunity and make them strong enough to resist various infections and viruses. Organ rejection and infections are the major concerns for kidney transplant patients. If their immunity is improved, the life span of the transplanted kidney will be greatly improved.
